S - E) Create "Letter of Undertaking for UTAR by Student"

Steps

Step 1) Select your "Industrial Training Pre-Registration"

{Note: Check the check box "Please check the check box if your contact address is different from the above." Then, enter your new contact address.)

Step 2) Select or create the Company Profile based on the Company Registration Number

Select the company address from the DropDownList.

Step 3) Expand and view the sample letter of undertaking. 

Step 4)  Check the check box "I acknowledge the information provided is true and correct." and click "Save"
