Steps:
1) Click login then click Sign Up in the login screen.
2) Enter your Full Name and Email Address and then click Sign Up
3) Check your email to activate your account.

You will receive an email as shown below:
Click "Complete Registration" button.
You will be redirected to the page shown below for you to "Reset Password".
Enter your "New Password" and click "Update".
You will then be redirected to the page below:
Step 4) Click on the arrow beside your name and you will see the screen below.
Select your "timezone" and "User Group" and click the arrow beside "More Information" to expand it. See below:
"Gender" and "Mobile No" are mandatory. Enter those information.
Click "Save" when you are done. Then, click "Home".
