·     Support all company related solution and operations activities which inclusive of technical support, installation arrangement support.

·       Assist in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Detail oriented and technical oriented, passionate in resolving challenging technical issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
