- Maintaining and administering systems
- Responsible for installing and configuring, modifying and upgrading of the System that use for customer such as hardware, software, network and related system.
- Managing and troubleshooting of system(Windows).
- Responsible in troubleshooting and upgrading system.
Responsibilities
• Telephone and Online Support Related to Computer Hardware and software.
Requirements
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
