Job Description

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastic and passionate about business functions in the lab’s domain.
• Understand and practice fundamental day-to-day tasks or projects.
• Engage in best-practices networking with peers from various business functions and Senior Management. Possibility of forming long-term relationships and improving communication and teamwork abilities.
• Identify and implement improvement possibilities within own team and/or with other process teams, such as working on proof-of-concept themes, improvement activities, and generating learning materials.
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assistance with new system development, testing, and deployment; as well as operation support.
• Maintain the Global/Regional training documentations and knowledge database up to date.
• Continuously develop the skills/competences by sharing the knowledge with other team members and participating to offered training sessions.
• Performing other relevant support activities as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical, research, and creative abilities.
• Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in English with good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to articulate in Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary.
•  Suitable for last year, last semester student that can complete a full 6-month internship and be available for permanent role. Those with less than 6 months Internship but able to extend the duration electively with PPG, may also apply.
