We have more than 10 professional and practical system engineer and consultant with 10 more years vast experiences. We also maintain excellent relationship and partnered with AutoCount, Million Business System, FingerTec and TimeTec, and ZkTeco to provide best in class and smarter digital solutions.

We are capable to deliver many business digital solutions such as Accounting, Inventory Control, POS, Remote Office, Payroll, Server & Client PC, Corporate Antivirus and Firewall, e-Commerce, Mobile Apps, Manufacturing Solutions which drive our clients towards Industrial 4.0 standard.

Jo Description

Applicants will be the first level support to various industries business owner and resolve their monthly + yearly payroll processing problems with industry popular digital payroll solutions: AutoCount, Million, and FingerTec. Applicants should able to produce documentation, perform system implementation, system integration and provide functional training to end-users. Top performers may have more exposure to medium to large scale projects. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs
  • Optimize HR applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
  • Contribute to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks
  • Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends
  • Document development processes, procedures and application version histories
  • Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies
  • Try to diagnose tech issues and ways to fix various problems.
  • Raise ticket for problems that cannot be resolved and escalate to the relevant team.
  • Database maintenance.
  • Maintain log call according to time and date.
  • Handle enquiries made through chatbot, phone, chat and emails.
  • First level user training for application.

Requirements

Qualification & Education Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline or higher, preferably IT related.
  • 1-2 years working experience as Application Support or without working experience
  • Previous experience in customer services is advantageous
  • Experience in deploying, optimizing and maintaining software
  • Excellent analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in collaboration, communication and presentation
  • Excellent in Mathematics Calculation and logical thinking.
  • Great organization and time management.
  • Relevant training and/or certification as an Application Support/Engineer.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
  • Malaysian Only.

Work Location

Applicants must be willingly to travel between Johor Bahru and Kluang, possess own transport will be advantages.
