If you click the "Expand" button and the Company Name does not appear in the prompt out window as shown below:
Scroll up and you will see the "Refresh Record" button. Click on it.
Return to the main screen and click the "Expand" button again. You will now see the Company Name.
Return to the main screen and click "Save".
