Remuneration Package:
- Fresh Degree - RM2,950 / month

Job Description
- Handles and supports system modifications and User Acceptance Test (UAT) of Underwriting / Claims related systems as required for products, projects, campaigns and compliance.
- Support delivery of new product launch, new initiative project, new system improvement / enhancement
- Prepare business requirement, prepare test plan and executive UAT accordingly to business requirement
- Analyse and monitor UAT and ensure timeline is met and ensure best practices are in place
- Constructs and revises forms and correspondences to meet business's need and regulatory requirements.
- Revises and uploads Operations guideline and forms to intranet /internet for internal users and customers
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure the new product / project is delivered on time with quality
- Participates and supports respective Services & Operations initiatives
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (with 2 years working experience) / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Tech, Computer Engineering, Software, Programming or equivalent.
- Language skill in English and Cantonese is a must to support Hong Kong/ China business. Mandarin (reading & writing) is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with good attitude are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya
- Monday - Friday ; 8.30am - 5.30pm
