Job Description

• The experience involving in software support for office or customer
• The employee should be able to maintaining computer systems and networks.
• To be able to troubleshoot, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Follow and maintain technical Standard of Procedure to ensure efficient planning and execution
• Able to solve problems / issues and reduce the number of issues/system errors.
• Need to monitor and provide support to the users
• Site visiting for system installation and configuration whenever is required

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Up to date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Multiple positions available.
• Mandarin speaker required as need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
