Job Description

• The primary role is to assist technical engineers on the support / project deployment, documentation.
• Take ownership of complete incident resolution with a professional, customer-centric attitude.
• Maintain an accurate record of activities of incidents.
• Create, document, and update Standard Operation Procedure to resolve incident efficiently and effectively.
• To involve in L1 support to client via phone, email, support portal and remote support.
• To have understanding in network & security
• Responsible for operations and support of IT Infrastructure, not limited to firewalling, wireless, server, and LAN related connectivity.
• To assist teams and other team members to ensure issue resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA). Updates customer on problem status/resolution in accordance with SLA.
• Get a chance to configure & maintaining IT equipment, hardware & software, servers & switches.
• Gather information required from the customer.
• Prepare an incident report for client and management review.
• Regularly report and communicate work status and issues to the assigned Team Lead.
• Help in issue logging Follow up with respective team for incidents
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and issues are delivered on time.
