Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level, 2nd level and onsite support services to resolve system/service issue and escalate to level 3 where required.
  • Design and perform preventive maintenance and regular health check.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively correct potential service issues.
  • Perform configuration and integration of a system/network nodes, testing/SIT/UAT.
  • Prepare process documentation and SOP’s for daily operation tasks and continual improvement.
  • Prepare, analyse and dispatch regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Configure basic service such as tariff data and rating plans.
  • Provide project requirements survey.
  • Script develop, such as PL/SQL Procedure, Function, Python Script, Shell Script.
  • Deliver the product and project to the clients on site efficiently.
  • System maintenance, troubleshooting and customize requirements for the clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in technical skills such as SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script and Phyton script.
  • Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate can speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able travel to Europe or Asia country.
  • Resourceful, good analytical and problem solving skills with positive customer service attitude.
  • Self-motivated, team work and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
