Job Description

• To participate in the development, maintenance and support of application and platform software products and components
• Translating business requirements into technical and system specifications;
• Designing, developing and testing software and systems
• Enhancing and maintaining software and systems to a healthy and stable state
• Work closely with the support team and the customer in order to meet challenging project delivery and time lines
• Participate in research, design and development efforts to develop new products in line with established roadmaps
• Research and explore new technologies in line with the product strategy and development direction

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Preferably IT fresh graduates or Software Engineer with around 1 year of experience/familiarity with either one of the essential skills listed below

Essential Skills

• C/C++, Java and its related technologies (i.e  JSP/Servlet)
• Java frameworks and technologies (i.e Object-Relation Mapping, JMS)
• Prior experience with Javascript /Jquery
• Databases: MySQL 4.1/5.0/5, Oracle
• Various open source technologies (Struts, Spring, Jasper, Ibatis)
• Shell scripting on UNIX platforms
• Knowledge of other technical tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse
