Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level, 2nd level and onsite support services to resolve system/service issue and escalate to level 3 where required. 
  • ·         Provide knowledge sharing session with team members and client.
  • ·         Design and perform preventive maintenance and regular health check.
  • ·         Monitor system performance and proactively correct potential service issues.
  • ·         Perform configuration and integration of a system/network nodes, testing/SIT/UAT.
  • ·         Prepare process documentation and SOP’s for daily operation tasks and continual improvement.
  • ·         Prepare, analyse and dispatch regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Configure basic service such as tariff data and rating plans.

Requirements

  • ·         Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • ·         Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
  • ·         Exposure in operation support or price plan configuration and post implementation support.
  • ·         Experience in Telco business and BSS, OCS and Billing is an advantage.
  • ·         Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script and Phyton script.
  • ·         Good communication and interpersonal skill, communication in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • ·         Resourceful, good analytical and problem solving skills with positive customer service attitude.
  • ·         Self-motivated, team work and able to work independently with minimum guidance.
  • ·         Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
