Using the skills and years of experience in ERP solutions and systems, we are formed as a corporate entity to 100% focus on providing Business Solutions for SME/SMI and large enterprises including MNC's and target mainly on manufacturing sector.
We are concentrating in providing solutions in manufacturing industries which consists of: Plastics and rubber industry, mold and injection industry, food processing industry, metal fabrication, construction material manufacturing and so forth.
Job Description

| 1. To provide exceptional customer service and perform user administrative responsibilities efficiently. | ||||||||||
| 2. Support analyst should be able to display excellent problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge of Epicor ERP solutions |
Responsibilities
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ||||||||||
| 1 | Performing analysis of root causes. | |||||||||
| 2 | Developing checklists for reoccurring problems. | |||||||||
| 3 | Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems. | |||||||||
| 4 | Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise. | |||||||||
| 5 | Troubleshooting issues arise from users | |||||||||
Requirements

| 1. Love being the first line of support and troubleshooting issues | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. Able to multi-task efficiently under time pressure | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. Software: Words/ Excel/ Outlook and/or (Epicor System - would be good) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5. Documentation Skills:
Writing/Email/ Reports/ Excel/ Words
