Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and aspiring individuals to join our team as Software Developer Interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the IT field, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to exciting software projects.

Responsibilities

As a Software Developer Internship Intern at RMAICT SDN BHD, you will:

  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and a passion for the IT field.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Collaborate with our development team to design algorithms and flowcharts.
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
  • Test and deploy programs and systems.
  • Fix and improve existing software.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software and products.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Work on defined features under the guidance of senior software developers or team leads.
  • Provide rapid iteration, support, and fixes for customer-facing issues.
  • Complete frontend and back-end development tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Assist the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
  • Attend and contribute to company development meetings.
  • Learn the codebase and continually improve your coding skills.
  • Write and maintain code.
  • Work on minor bug fixes.
  • Monitor the technical performance of internal systems.
  • Respond to requests from the Development Team.
  • Commit to the project timeline as prepared by management party and actively responding your feedback on any problem encounter.
  • Write reports.
  • Conduct development tests and perform necessary amendment according to the issues found.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Angular, Vue JS, Flutter & Dart, Laravel, PHP etc.) especially in C# & Python or familiar with ERP operations.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Passionate in software development and IT field.
