Job Description:
Executing end to end software quality testing and documenting the testing results using tools like Playwright/Selenium.
Develop test scenarios based on user requirements with guidance from the supervisor
Assisting your team to automate software testing
Understand functional and non-functional requirements of software products, design quality assurance, and testing strategies for various products
Contribute to the planning and construction of a product system architecture, assess risks, resolve the design’s testability and address the system stability.
Responsible for the system integration test in the product deployment phase and ensuring the product go-live with high quality.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Superior or Management from time to time

Job Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end software quality assurance activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting across web and mobile applications.

Develop and maintain UAT Test Plans:

Translate business and user requirements into clear UAT scenarios and test cases

Define test scope, acceptance criteria, test data, and execution timelines
-
Coordinate UAT sessions with internal stakeholders and end users

Perform Manual Testing:
-
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing
-
Validate UI/UX consistency, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility

Verify system behavior against functional and non-functional requirements

Identify edge cases, data validation issues, and user experience gaps

Defect Management & Communication:
-
Log, track, and manage bugs, enhancements, and tasks using Jira
-
Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, screenshots, videos, severity, and priority

Communicate defects, feature clarifications, and test feedback to developers and product teams

Follow up on fixes, perform retesting, and ensure proper closure of issues

Test Automation:

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright

Identify suitable test cases for automation (smoke, regression, critical flows)

Execute automated test suites and analyze results

Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and testability of the system

Documentation & User Support Materials:

Create and maintain User Manuals, user guides, FAQs, and release notes

Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with the latest product features

Support stakeholders and users during UAT and go-live phases

Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

Work closely with product owners, programmers, designers, and business users

Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Provide early feedback on requirements, designs, and user flows to reduce downstream issues

System Integration & Deployment Testing:

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) during deployment and pre-production phases

Validate integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and services
-
Support go-live activities by ensuring product stability, quality, and readiness

Quality Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

Understand system architecture and contribute feedback on testability and risk areas

Identify quality risks and propose mitigation strategies
-
Continuously improve QA processes, test cases, and automation coverage

Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Supervisor or Management as required.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Courses in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Psychology, or other related
Optional skills: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
