1.Responsible on conducting purchasing activities;

2.Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies;

3.Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices; 

4.Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data;

5.Ensure order are delivered within the time frame by keeping good relationship with supplier and vendors;

6.Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures;

7.Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member.

1.Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Marketing / Business Administration / Business Studies or any other related fields;

2.Mastering in Microsoft Excel is a must;

3.Good command in both Chinese and English;

4.Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

5.Your are obliged to keep all of the company information private and confidential.
