Job Description
Job Description:
- High Level: Provide IT support to end users of our Logistics Applications e.g., Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Freight Management System etc.
- Communicate and understand incidents and requests raised by our end users around the globe
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within pre-defined SLAs to ensure business continuity at all times
- Communicate and work alongside various tech teams to bring centralized solutions to the end users
- Bridging the communication between end users and technical teams on solutions and business requirements
- Access to both front-end and back-end workflows to provide an all-in-one support mechanism to our end users
- Work mode: Hybrid (Work from home + Work from office)
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and track all incidents and service requests to resolution; ensuring that SLAs are met.
- Monitors applications proactively to detect and resolve any application performance degradation or unavailability; ensuring availability is as close to 100% as possible.
- Escalate outage and other production interruptions to appropriate individuals/groups.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Performs program modification and program deployment when needed.
- Performs program QA and QC when needed.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Permanent positions available for fresh graduates who possess at least a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computing or equivalent.
- Internship programs available for students with background in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computing or equivalent
- Candidate must be able to read, write and speak fluent Chinese - to be able to support our Operations in Chinese language-oriented Countries
- Candidate must base in Malaysia
- Working experience in supporting Logistics applications would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions in any RDBMS is a plus.
- Must be able to multi-task under pressure independently and deliver results within given timeframe.
