Job Description

- Perform first level support IT operations including normal PC support including formatting PC, troubleshooting basic TCP/IP and application installation such as Microsoft related products.

- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing.

- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

- Assist on open ticket and follow until ticket is closed.

- Call and remote support are available during office working hour

- Ready to perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned but limited to IT related duties

Requirements

- L1 Support for all PC related issues.

- Good understanding of common PC software or hardware related system

- Basic understanding of TCP/IP

- Good Service Oriented mind-set.

- A can-do attitude is a must
