We are a freight forwarding company providing international logistics solutions. Our operational support team is based in Kampar, Malaysia, supporting daily shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication.

Job Description

We are looking for IT support interns to help us streamline processes, improve accuracy, and explore practical use of AI tools to reduce workload and enhance service quality.

1. Shipping Operations Study

• Detail Study on shipment documentation and booking processes.

• Observe end-to-end coordination among carriers, customers, and internal teams.

• Support basic workflow tasks such as permit preparation and job tracking.

• Participate in process mapping to identify repetitive or error-prone steps.

2. IA Improvement Project

During the internship, you will work with relevant process owner, manager to propose IA-based solutions that improve:

1. Accuracy and consistency

2. Response time to customers

3. Reducing Manpower stress levels

4. Reducing Overall labour hours

5. A Close Loop Plan with schedule review

The final proposal will be presented to a committee before implementation by Intern. 

Responsibilities

To support the operations team by:

Improving process efficiency

Reducing manual and repetitive work

Enhancing accuracy, consistency, and response speed

Introducing simple and practical AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

-Currently pursuing a Diploma IT, Business Information System, or related fields

-- Strong interest in AI and Intelligent Automation

- Ability to use AI tools to accomplish scheduled tasks (e.g., data processing, generating reports, workflow assistance)

- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, or basic workflow automation tools is a plus

- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
