Job Description
As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience
supporting the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital systems
across the organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT
functions, from software development to infrastructure support, providing a
strong foundation for a future career in information technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Application
Development & Automation
- Assist
in designing, developing, modifying, and troubleshooting internal
applications using company-standard programming languages.
- Support
the automation of business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Data
Visualization & Reporting
- Build
and enhance dashboards and reports that are both visually compelling and
functionally effective, using tools such as Power BI or equivalent
platforms.
- Project
Participation
- Contribute
to IT project lifecycles, including software patch rollouts, system
upgrades, and deployment activities.
- System
& Application Support
- Provide
first-level support for IT applications and assist in routine system
administration tasks.
- Technical
Documentation
- Document
technical procedures, configurations, and workflows to support knowledge
sharing and operational continuity.
- Hardware
Support
- Assist
with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware and
peripheral devices.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in PHP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
