Job Description
- To provide on-site servicing including driver / hardware installation for printer / photocopier
- To provide direct technical support for desktop, laptop, printer and other IT hardware accordance to requirements.
- Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs, and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems
- Completes work orders such as installing, connecting and moving equipment
- Install and support authorized software
Responsibilities
• Telephone and Online Support Related to Computer Hardware and software.
Requirements
- Knowledge with installation, configuring and troubleshooting wireless technologies will be advantage.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
