With headquarter and many manufacturing plants in Japan together with several manufacturing plants in the world, S.E.H. is able to maintain a constant and efficient distribution of its products to meet the exhilarating demand for high quality silicon wafers.

Today, S.E.H. is building towards a new era of exploration based on silicon in anticipation of tomorrow's needs.
S.E.H. Malaysia's plant was one of the earliest overseas plants established outside Japan in the early 70s located at the Ulu Klang Free Trade Zone in Selangor.  It is still the major supplier of 150mm silicon wafers for export to overseas customers.
S.E.H. Shah Alam, situated in Hicom Industrial Area in Shah Alam was set up in 1994 for the manufacturing of 200mm silicon wafers using the most advanced technology.  This plant was officially opened on September 9, 1995 by our then Prime Minister, Dato Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad.  It is one of the major suppliers of 200mm silicon wafers to customers all over the world.

Job Description

  • Processes Automation and Digital Data Collection from the manufacturing processes or operation lines.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining software application in the manufacturing process lines.
  • Develop new software modules or new application related to machines/process automation.
  • Involve in providing technical assistance, troubleshoot and solve software issues.
  • Perform testing for web-based and non-web-based systems.
  • Prepare and update software application related documentation.
  • Assist in any other testing relevant duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Responsibilities

  • Collect end-user requirement, prepare design document, development, testing, acceptance, Final Document, Application roll-out.
  • Perform testing for web-based and non-web-based systems.
  • Prepare and update software application related documentation.
  • Assist in any other testing relevant duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Must possess or currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):  Basic programming concept, database concept.
  • Preferred Programming skill(s):  C-Language, C#, C/C++, C#.net, Visual Basic.net, MS Office, Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Preferred Database skill(s):  MS-SQL, IBM-DB2.
  • Required language(s):  Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Internship position(s) for duration of 3 - 6 month(s).
  • Preferable last semester or last year Student.
