Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Product Management team. As an Intern in Product Management, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Operation & Technology teams and cross-functional teams to learn and contribute to the development and enhancement of our products. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in product strategy, market research, feature development, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Assist in conducting market research, including competitor analysis and customer feedback collection, to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and product planning meetings to generate ideas for new features, enhancements, and product iterations.
Support the documentation of product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the development process.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Help monitor and analyze key product metrics and user engagement data to measure the success of product initiatives.
Collaborate on user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet the highest standards before release.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Requirements
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program
Strong interest in product management, technology, and innovation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in product management, market research, or related fields is a bonus but not required.
