Job Description

Responsibilities

·        Phone support and log customer(s) queries and issues.

·        Follow up project status proactively.

·        Alert project leader on the coming due issue, meeting, timeline weekly.

·        Installing and configuring iWoWSoft System according to requirement.

·        Update latest patch to customer server or live server by following SOP strictly.

·        Follow up on ticket logged into our system proactively until the ticket is closed.

·        Prepare weekly report for Management.

·        Collect mandatory information before escalating the ticket to technical support.

·        Prepare help file.

·        Compiling requirement study file.

Requirements

·        Good time management skill. Able to complete task according to time allotted by supervisor. Plan personal time resources effectively.

·        Must be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of existing system.

·        Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and in writing with all types of people at all levels in the organization.

·        Ability to align productivity along with quality effectively.

·        Desire to own decisions and take responsibility of outcomes.

·        Display initiative and professional discretion for the job assigned by Management.

·        Internship Allowance: RM 1,200.00 per month.

Work Location

  • Ipoh, Perak. Work from home request will be considered subject to the Management’s decision.
