Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Arrange booking for customer and handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via face to face, phone, email, fb and whatapps.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions (Using system Tunai)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management to improve customer satisfaction

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
