EIGHT RENT PLT is the creator of Kampar4Rent.com, the property rental platform that allows property owners and UTAR Kampar & TARUC Kampar students to connect and get the right properties and tenants easily.

We are recruiting interns whom are interested to become full time employees to be based in Kampar.

Job Description

Looking for: Fresh-grad programmers who have experience in internship to work as full time C# web developer in Kampar.

Expected characteristics:

  • Interested to be part of a proptech startup.
  • Willing to learn and adapt and understand business workflow.
  • Keen to gain experience in C#.NET functionality and programming algorithms.
  • Willing to travel sometimes to meet other partners and customers and gain on-site experiences.
  • Able to work and stay in Kampar, Perak.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites using C#.NET MVC, from layout to function and according to required specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

  • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.
  • Candidate should have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Experienced in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
  • Experience in MVC framework is a plus.
  • Able to work in Kampar, Perak / remotely.

Requirements

  • Required Skill(s): C#, ASP.net CORE, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, MVC, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL (Dapper & NHibernate)
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Senior guidance and training provided.

Work Location

Based in Kampar.
