Project Implementation and Product Management

• To participate and assist the seniors throughout the lifecycle of a project, from the planning stage to completion.
• Assist in document business processes and conducting product training for client users and facilitate user testing.
• Proactively seek process improvements, implementation, and configuration of solutions, and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities.
• To work closely with team members and clients based on business requirements.

Helpdesk Support

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support to clients to ensure the quality of work always delivered and maintain professionalism.

General

• To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
• To deliver tasks and document all work in accordance with defined standards and processes.
• To consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
• To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.
