Job Description

Technical/Functional/Hard Skills

·         Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

·         Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

·         willing to work in a team/ independent. 

Responsibilities

- Provides 2nd level support to end users on a variety of issues and work closely with the first level support team to ensure responsive and accurate resolution base on base on the SLA timeframe.

- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

- Conduct short courses for customers

- Training of new team members & provides technical guidance to internal junior

- Creation of documentation and user guides

- Other duties as assigned by the Helpdesk Manager

- Conduct daily meeting to ensure all pending issues resolve within certain timeframe.

Requirements

- May require an associate's degree in a related area. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

- Works under immediate supervision.

- Typically reports to a supervisor.
