Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as an Integrated Business Systems Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, creating system and process maps, and providing recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our existing ERP and CRM systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a final year computer science student to gain practical experience in system analysis and mapping within a real-world business environment.

Create high-level system maps that visually represent the structure and components of our ERP system, highlighting key modules and their relationships.
Develop detailed process maps that capture the workflows and interactions within specific business processes supported by our ERP system.
Gather insights and requirements through interviews with system users and stakeholders, ensuring their perspectives are considered in the mapping process.
Analyse gathered information and update the system and process maps accordingly, incorporating feedback and additional research findings.
Engage in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to different departments and understand their interactions with the ERP and CRM systems.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions, providing valuable input and insights.
Present the findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, addressing questions and incorporating feedback.
Document learnings and experiences in a personal journal or blog, sharing knowledge with the team and future interns.

Familiarity with system and process mapping techniques, including the use of tools such as flowcharts and diagrams.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, their functionalities, and common business processes would be useful
Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# would be useful
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and precision in system mapping and documentation.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
