Responsibilities:

 Increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions.

 Online orders processing i.e coordinating with Sales Support, Store/Logistics department and external delivery companies ensuring that orders placed are fulfilled (packed, invoiced and delivered) in a timely manner. This includes checking online at Payment Gateway Provider’s portal to confirm that payment is successful.

 Communicate with online customers, as and when additional services are required.

 Ensure that all confirmed online orders are fulfilled on time.

 Responding to incoming enquiries from website or social media platforms.

 During launching of new products, help to set up website with details of new product. This includes working with Design Department to come with new website banners, creating email marketing campaigns for new products launch.

 Maintenance of company email system.

Successful interns will be paid an allowance of RM800.00 per month
