Our Group (comprising Infoline Tec Group Berhad and its subsidiaries, Infoline IT Solutions Sdn Bhd and Infoline Technology (Shenzhen) Limited) is principally involved in providing IT infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity solutions, managed IT and other IT services, and trading of ancillary hardware and software.

Our offices are presently located in Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Our core expertise lies in:

(i) Designing suitable IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions that meet your business needs, requirements and budget;

(ii) Implementation and configuration of the physical hardware components and software; and

(iii) Management and maintenance of solutions.

Since we commenced our business in 2013, our Group has grown into an established IT infrastructure and cybersecurity service provider. We have implemented solutions for customers’ offices in Malaysia, PRC as well as other countries in Asia Pacific, namely Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, India, Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines.

- Assist with the configuration, implementation and maintenance of networking and security devices 

- Assist in monitoring and optimizing of client's network infrastructure to ensure its availability, performance, and security

- Assist in creating and updating of technical documentation

- Configuration and maintenance of router, switch, firewall, wireless access points, and network access control. 

- Use network monitoring tools to track network traffic, analyze data, and generate reports

- Assist in network troubleshooting and performance optimization

- Creation or updating of network diagrams, equipment inventory, IP address schemes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guide for clients. 

- Create, update and close the ticketing system for any new/existing incident cases

- Basic understanding of networking and security principles and practices (eg. familiar with network protocols and routing concepts)

- Fast learner, friendly and approachable
