Tom James provides the highest customer service possible by meeting clients at the time and place of their choosing and then personally delivering your clothing upon completion. Internship Overview 

  • Duration: 3 months.
  • Location - REMOTE
  • Compensation: None paid for the first 3 months. 
  • Recommendation letter upon evaluation
  • Completion letter obtained upon successful completion

Job Description

  • Work closely with Tom James's executive team in the United States to target prospects/potential customers using a variety of online and social media tools to build a strong pipeline.
  • Obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • Track and organize prospect data into the CRM system - identify key insight, hot buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the sales rep's system.
  • Analyze prospects/potential customers' interest levels and propose outreach solutions or strategies.
  • Identify customer referral opportunities from the Linkedin professional social network.
