Job Description

Your Role

You’ll work directly with the founder and get to take ownership of real projects that shape HuggyPal’s success.

  • Stock & Operations: Track inventory, coordinate deliveries, and help streamline how we manage stock.

  • Events & Booths: Plan and run booth setups, engage customers, and test ideas to improve conversions.

  • Marketing Content: Help plan, film, and edit videos for TikTok/Instagram. You’ll get to test what works and measure results.

  • Admin & Coordination: Handle day-to-day tasks — from vendor coordination to product tracking — to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Experiment & Decide: Come up with ideas for growth, test them, and learn how small decisions lead to real impact.

  • Take ownership of daily operations — manage product inventory, update stock levels, and coordinate deliveries.

  • Plan and run booths or pop-up events, including setup, customer interaction, and ensuring the booth reflects our brand well.

  • Assist in marketing execution — help plan, film, and edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.

  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, tracking orders, and updating records.

  • Brainstorm creative ideas to increase visibility, drive sales, and improve customer experience.

  • Test and measure ideas — from social media posts to booth promotions — and share what works.

  • Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy discussions, product launches, and new initiatives.

  • Contribute to decision-making — your opinions matter; we’ll test and act on your ideas together.

  • Represent HuggyPal with positivity and professionalism at all times, whether online or in-person.

Requirements

  • Curious, reliable, and proactive — you get things done without needing to be micromanaged.

  • Comfortable juggling different roles (operations, creative, admin).

  • Enjoy learning how small businesses actually grow.

  • Basic familiarity with TikTok/Instagram and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

  • Able to work from office (Taman Desa) daily for first month, and 3 days in a week after that.
