Job Description
As a Customer Experience & Operations Intern, you will be the frontline voice of Phoenix — assisting customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll learn how a fast-growing wellness brand runs internally while also contributing to initiatives that impact real lives.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and calls.
- Assist with order coordination, scheduling deliveries, and updating records.
- Maintain customer satisfaction tracking and assist in retention strategies.
- Support administrative tasks such as basic invoicing, data entry and filing.
- Assist in community engagement activities (e.g. events, workshops, loyalty projects).
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer journey & processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Nutrition, Admin, Hospitality or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus.)
- Warm, patient and people-oriented personality — you enjoy helping others.
- Organized and responsible — able to follow through on tasks.
- Tech-friendly — familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, basic admin tools.
- Passion for women’s wellness, motherhood, health or community work is a huge plus.
