Job Description
Responsibilities
- Phone Support and log customer(s) queries and issues.
- Follow up project status proactively.
- Alert project leader on the coming due issue, meeting, timeline weekly.
- Installing and configuring iWoWSoft System according to requirement.
- Update latest patch to customer server or live server by following SOP strictly.
- Diagnosing and solving support tickets.
- Follow up on ticket logged into our system proactively until the ticket is closed.
- Prepare weekly report to management.
- Collect mandatory information before escalating the ticket to technical support.
- Prepare help file.
- Compiling requirement study file.
Requirements
- Good time management skill. Able to complete task according to time allotted by supervisor. Plan personal time resources effectively.
- Must be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of existing system.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and in writing with all types of people at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to align productivity along with quality effectively.
- Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Display initiative and professional discretion for the job assigned by management.
- Internship Allowance: RM 1,200.00 per month.
