Talent Basket's Development & Acquisition Team is the student elite arm led by JC Wong, Program and Content Director. Within this department, there are two teams which include Marketing and International Relations. The International Relations Team is looking for individuals who are passionate and would like to gain experience in educational institution collaborations and lead generation among educational institutions and student associations.Internship Overview
- Location = Remote
- Duration = 3-month
- Start and end dates could be adjusted upon request.
- Compensation = None paid for the first 3-month but renewal bonus and recommendation letter possible upon evaluation. A completion letter will be obtained upon completion. The management will provide bi-weekly training and certification related to Sales.

Job Description
- Work closely with the team to execute lead generation strategies
- Initiate creative outreach solutions to increase the number of partnerships with educational institutions
- Build the list of potential educational institution collaborations and/or partnerships
- Work in a team to outreach to potential leads online
- Initiate, plan and manage webinar partnerships with educational institutions
- Facilitate webinars in collaboration with partnering educational institutions
- Track and analyze response rate along with the rate of established partnerships to develop better-improved strategies.

- Excellent communications in written English
- Critical thinking related to relationship building
- Proficient in G Suites - Sheets, Docs & Slides.
- Ability to manage time effectively according to team leader's request

- Strong passion in the area of the virtual workplace, event management, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
